Alex and his partner are excellent. My husband and I would recommend to family, friends and colleagues. They are very attentive to detail, with an end result as if they had never been in the home. We had wood floors put in to match existing 1st floor wood, and not only did it match the prior installed wood floors, there was no dust left and molding/air vents matched as if they were installed with the prior construction. Alex Smith also is very good at communicating arrival and departure times, as well as instructions for the home owner. We were also able to work from home & eat in the kitchen very close to the new installation w/ no problem.

Well planned and keep up informed about the plan in details, very thoughtful to isolate working area from others so that no dust went to other rooms. Clean up at the end of work. The hardwood floor installation was completed beautifully. We have never seen such an excellent project. We highly recommendate Alex for hardwood floor projects..

Alex and Brian installed oak flooring in three rooms in four days. We appreciated their congeniality and attention to minute details. The floor looks perfect and fabulous. They put up covers across doorways to block dust, installed their custom surround for the hearth, readily asked questions when something needed clarification, stained the cut ends of the corner round, and were pleasant to have in the house. When everything was finished, Alex and Brian meticulously vacuumed, dusted and moved all of the furniture back. We are so pleased with their work and glad to have met these fine craftsmen.
